OVERNIGHT COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Combine first 5 ingredients and set aside. Cream butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk. Spread batter in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with topping.

Cover with foil or saran wrap and refrigerate overnight. Remove foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Great for company as you can do ahead.
