CRUST:

1 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar

Mix together; press into pan.

FILLING:

3 eggs, well beaten
3 lg. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. sour cream

Beat as you add ingredients so as to be smooth.

500 degrees for 10 minutes, then down to 250 degrees for 60 minutes.
