PARSLEY BUTTERED CARROTS 
2 c. carrots
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. parsley flakes

Cut carrots diagonally 1/3 to 1/2 inch thick. Sliver butter on top and sprinkle with parsley flakes. Mix well. Microwave 6 minutes on high.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
