LEMON PARSLEY BUTTER FISH 
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. celery salt
1 lb. sole or flounder, fresh or thawed frozen

Melt butter in microwave. Blend in the remaining ingredients. Coat both sides of fish with sauce. Arrange evenly in baking dish. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on HIGH until fish flakes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
