LIME COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1 lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 c. whipped cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
48 tiny marshmallows

Dissolve Jello in water. Stir in marshmallows until they are dissolved. Add lemon juice and drained pineapple. Cool in refrigerator and then add cottage cheese. When mixture is starting to set fold in whipped cream. Pour into mold and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. For greener color add a few drops of green food coloring. Makes 12 servings.
