ORIENTAL BROWN RICE 
3 lbs. 8 oz. UNCLE BEN'S® perfected brown rice
3 qt. water
1 c. butter
2 tbsp. salt
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 qt. (1 lb.) cooked chicken or pork, diced
8 oz. (1 qt.) bean sprouts, fresh
2 c. carrots, coarsely shredded
2 c. green onions, sliced
3/4 to 1 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Cook rice in water with butter and salt according to package directions. Heat oil in large stockpot. Add chicken; cook, stirring, until lightly browned. Add bean sprouts, carrots, green onions, soy sauce and pepper. Cook, stirring, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in hot cooked rice. Transfer to shallow serving pan (s).

Approximately 50 (2/3 cup) servings.
