1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup red wine
1 tbsp. brandy

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and blend with a hand mixer or food processor. Chill overnight.

Makes 2-1/2 cups.
