BUBBA'S PEPPER JELLY 
1 1/2 c. finely chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. hot pepper, finely chopped
1 1/2 c. vinegar
6 1/2 c. sugar

Combine the above ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes. Add 1 bottle Certo - stir. Place in jars and seal. Makes about 4 pints or 8 1/2 pints. Tastes great on beans or turnips.
