BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
3 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
10 tbsp. butter
1 1/3 c. sugar
3 whole eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. orange juice
2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in small bowl. Cream together butter and sugar; add vanilla and eggs. Alternately add dry mix, milk and juice until combined. Gently stir in the blueberries.

Scoop into greased muffin pans or paper muffin cups, about 2/3 full. Bake 25-30 minutes.
