BAR - B - QUE SAUCE 
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or garlic salt
1 tsp. red pepper
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. liquid smoke
1/4 c. lemon
2 c. water

Boil the above for 10 minute sand then add 1 gallon of catsup.

NOTE: Grill meat outside as usual without any sauce. Bring this sauce to a boil and when the meat is done, let it stay in the boiler of sauce for 10 minutes with the lid on it. This is all that is necessary to bar-b-que with this sauce.
