EASY EGG PIE CRUST | |
3 c. flour 1 c. shortening (Crisco) 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg 1/3 c. water 1 tsp. vinegar Mix flour and salt in airtight bowl cut in shortening. Combine egg, water and vinegar; mix well. Pour over flour mixture. Apply cover and shake until it forms a ball. Makes 2 pies or 4 crusts. |
