EGG PIE CRUST 
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
1 slightly beaten egg
3 tbsp. lemon juice
About 1 tbsp. ice water

Sift flour and salt together; cut in shortening. Add egg combined with lemon juice. Add gradually just enough ice water to bind dough together. Wrap in waxed paper.
