FRENCH BAKED APPLES 
6-8 apples, peeled and sliced
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. butter
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
dash salt
3 tbsp. flour

Topping:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. oatmeal, uncooked

Mix first 6 ingredients; put into baking dish. Add topping and bake 350°F until apples are tender.
