FROZEN COFFEE CAKE DOUGH 
1 lb. butter
8 c. flour
7 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
6 egg yolks
2 c. milk
1 lg. 2 oz. cake of yeast

Use all cold ingredients. Measure out milk and beat egg yolks into milk. Add broken up yeast and let stand. Then sift flour, sugar and salt together; add butter as in pie dough. Add milk mixture to flour mixture and mix well.

Put in a large bowl and put in refrigerator overnight. Take out and let stand to room temperature about 1-2 hours. Make your favorite coffee cake. Put in pan; let rise to double in bulk. Bake in 350 degree oven about 20-30 minutes. Makes: sweet rolls, pecan rolls, fruit, cheese streusel, crumb or honey coffee cakes or your favorite.
