FRIED RICE 
One or 2 days before you want to serve fried rice, boil rice and cook until done. (Use long cooking rice.) Refrigerate rice for one or two days. It will get hard. Fry beef, pork or chicken, cut in small cubes.

Open up a can of mixed peas and carrots or a bag of frozen peas and carrots. Put some oil in a pan and fry the rice until it is all separated. Add the meat and vegetables. Salt to taste. May also add monosodium glutamate, pepper, soy sauce or whatever spices taste good.
