VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All
1 c. celery (chopped)
1 c. onion (chopped)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can water chestnuts (chopped)
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. While casserole is baking crush 1 sleeve Ritz crackers very fine. Mix with 1 stick of butter, melted. Put on top of casserole the last 10 minutes.
