VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All, drained
1 sm. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Mix together first 5 ingredients and put in 9x9 inch baking dish. Crush Ritz crackers, melt butter and stir together. Spread over top of casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
