OATMEAL WAFFLES 
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. quick cooking oats
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
6 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar

In large bowl mix together flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In small bowl mix together egg, milk, butter and brown sugar. Add to flour mixture, stir until blended. Pour into a lightly greased, preheated waffle iron. Close lid quickly, do not open during baking. Top with syrup, fruit or yogurt. Makes 4 servings or about 8 waffles.
