ZITI AND CHICKEN SALAD 
4 oz. Ziti
1 1/2 qts. boiling water
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. dried dill
Lettuce, shredded
1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1 c. cooked chicken, diced
1/2 c. diced cucumber, peeled & seeded
Tomato wedges

Gradually add Ziti to rapidly boiling water so that the water continues to boil. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until tender. Drain in a colander, rinse with cold water, drain again. Combine Ziti with chicken, celery, cucumber, and peas. Mix together yogurt, mayonnaise and dill; add to Ziti salad and toss to coat well. Chill until ready to serve. Serve on a bed of lettuce an garnish with tomato wedges. Serves 2.
