BROCCOLI ROLLS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
Minced onion
1 bell pepper, chopped
Tony Cacheres seasoning
1 box frozen broccoli
Pistoletta rolls
1 lb. Velveeta (hot or regular)

Brown top 4 ingredients together. Drain well. Cook broccoli until tender, drain well. Add to meat mixture then add cheese and seasonings. Cut tops off rolls and hollow out. Fill with meat mixture. Melt butter in dish and roll the bread in it. Place on pan and cook at 350 degrees until rolls are brown.
