PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburg
1 egg
2 onions, chopped
2 sticks celery, chopped
1/4 c. uncooked rice
4 slices bread
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 c. tomato juice

Crumble bread and soak in milk. Add egg. Mix with other ingredients (except juice). Shape into balls and put in a greased casserole dish. Pour juice over meatballs. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees.
