2 c. shell macaroni, uncooked 1 chopped onion Garlic (optional) 1 tsp. pepper 1 lb. ground beef 1 med. green pepper, chopped 1 med. jar Spanish olives and juice (whole or chopped) 1 med. can mushrooms and juice 1 can Campbell's tomato soup 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese Salt to taste Parmesan cheese Cook macaroni as directed on box. Brown together in skillet - meat, onions, green pepper, pepper and salt to taste. After meat, onion and green pepper has browned, mix together all of he other ingredients. Place in greased casserole and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or until top is brown. |
