AMBROSIA SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange Jello
2 c. hot water
1 can (lg.) crushed pineapple with juice
2 bananas, mashed
1/4 c. pecans
1 sm. container Cool Whip
1/8 c. mayonnaise
1 c. coconut
1 tbsp. confectioners' sugar

Mix and congeal first 5 ingredients. Mix remaining ingredients as topping and spread on congealed mixture.
