AVOCADO DIOBLO 
2 ripe avocados
6 slices bacon
4 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. butter, butter, or bacon fat

Chill avocados. Do not remove skin. Cut in half lengthwise, remove pit. Fry bacon crisp! 1 or 2 slices per 1/2 avocado crumble into center of avocado when pit was. Combine remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly. Spoon sauce into center over the crumbled bacon. Serves 4.
