MISSISSIPPI MUSH 
8 to 10 med. tators
2 lengths of Eckrich sausage
1 tsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® ranch dressing
1 tbsp. chives
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil tators, smash adding milk and butter. Add rest of ingredients except meat. Boil sausage "cut in round slices" for about 20 minutes. Rinse off meat in hot water. Add to tators. Beat at low speed. Serve with salad.
