1 c. ground pecans
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
4 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 chocolate instant pudding
1 vanilla instant pudding
1 pkg. walnuts

Mix first three ingredients with mixer and pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Mix sugar, 1 cup of Cool Whip and cream cheese with mixer and spread on cooled crust. Mix puddings with milk and put on top of cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top of pudding and top with walnuts.

Variation: 2 packages lemon instant pudding and fresh sliced strawberries instead of chocolate and vanilla puddings.
