1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1 tbsp. cooking oil (liquid)
Food coloring

Cook all ingredients over medium heat for approximately 3 minutes just until it begins to pull away from the sides of pan. Stir continuously. Let cool for 1 minute. Mold into a ball with your hands and store in a plastic container with a lid.
