STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 dozen large or 16 medium mushrooms
1/4 c. olive oil
3 good sized cloves garlic
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs (seasoned works best)
1/3 c. grated Italian cheese
Dash wine red, white, italian whatever you like (1/2 oz.)

Remove stems from caps, set tops aside. Chop stems and garlic cloves. Saute both in oil until brown. Add basil and pepper. Remove from heat, add bread crumbs and cheese. Add wine to help hold mixture together, you don't want it dry. Stuff caps and place in pan that has some olive oil in bottom to prevent sticking. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
