FRUIT COCKTAIL BARS 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
16 oz. can fruit cocktail & liquid
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

GLAZE:

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and eggs. Add fruit cocktail with liquid and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients then blend with fruit mixture. Pour into jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with coconut and nuts. BAke at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

For Glaze: Boil ingredients for glaze for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour glaze on cut, cooled bars while still in jelly roll pan so that glaze seeps into cake.
