ICE BOX FRUIT CAKE 
1 lb. box graham crackers, crushed
3 sticks butter, melted together with 1 lb. marshmallows
1 1/2 lbs. candied cherries
1 1/2 lbs. candied pineapple
2 lbs. chopped nuts

Crush the crackers very fine. In double boiler, melt the marshmallows and butter together. Chop cherries and pineapple in small pieces in large pan. Combine crumbs, fruit, nuts, and butter and marshmallow mixture - using hands; mix well. Shape into rolls and wrap in foil and chill. Slice in thin slices. (The rolls can be the size of large or medium cucumber.)
