PISTACHIO DESSERT 
2 regular boxes instant pistachio pudding
2 lg. cans crushed pineapple
1 lg. (16 oz.) whipped cream
1 c. vanilla wafers

Pour Cool Whip in large bowl. Gradually sprinkle the pistachio pudding powder and mix into the whipped cream. Drain the pineapple as much as possible. Add the crushed pineapple and mix well. Garnish with the vanilla wafers and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

Makes about 15 servings.
