BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
BATTER:

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. hot water
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. vinegar
2/3 c. oil

FILLING:

12 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt

Pour batter halfway in muffin pans. Drop one teaspoon of filling in top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Can substitute batter for chocolate cake mix.
