CHICKEN SALAD SUPREME 
1 lb. cooked chicken, cut into bite size pieces
1/4 lb. stuffed green olives, sliced
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. whole almonds
2 tbsp. chopped sweet gherkins
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise

Combine the chicken, olives, celery, almonds, gherkins and eggs. Toss thoroughly. Add the mayonnaise and mix well. Season to taste with salt. Serve on lettuce or watercress. Serves 6 to 8.
