GREEK CUCUMBER YOGURT SALAD 
2 med. cucumbers, peeled, seeded & diced
1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
1 garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
2 tsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled. 4 servings.
