CORNBREAD 
1/3 c. yellow cornmeal
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg

Combine the cornmeal, flour, baking pwd., salt and sugar. Add the milk, oil and egg.

Mix well and pour into cake pan.

Bake at 450°F for about 25 minutes.
