SEASIDE SALAD | |
2 c. shell macaroni or rotini 1 tbsp. salt 2 tbsp. oil 4 c. water 6 seafood legs, cut diagonally 2/3 c. salad dressing 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. horseradish mustard 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. 1000 Island dressing 1 c. celery, diced 1 c. frozen peas 2 tbsp. onion, minced Bring water, oil and salt to boil. Add macaroni and cook until tender (8 to 10 minutes). Drain and cool. Mix remaining ingredients and chill. May garnish with tomato wedges and, or parsley. |
