CHEESY BRAT STEW 
6 to 7 fully cooked bratwurst or Polish sausage, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
4 med. potatoes (about 1 1/2 lbs.), cooked, peeled & cubed
1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped

In a 3 quart casserole, stir together the bratwurst or Polish sausage, potatoes, green beans, condensed cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese and chopped onion. Bake the casserole, covered, in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour or until heated through. 8 servings.
