1 can of crabmeat well drained
1 stick of softened butter
1 jar of Old English sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. of mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 pkg. of six (6) English muffins

Mix first six ingredients in small bowl. Spread on muffins. Cut muffins into quarters. Freeze at least 30 minutes on cookie sheet. Once they are frozen solid wrap in waxed paper and aluminum foil and return to freezer. Use as needed.

Broil in toaster oven until muffin quarters puff up and are slightly golden brown. Can be kept in the freezer for several weeks.
