ZUCCHINI LASAGNA 
12 lasagna noodles
24 to 30 oz. cottage cheese
24 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Dried parsley
32 oz. spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
3 lg. zucchini
Dried basil
Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook lasagna noodles according to directions on package. Drain, set aside. Butter 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread some sauce in bottom of pan, add 1/3 cottage cheese, 1/3 zucchini and 1/3 Mozzarella. (Sprinkle dried ingredients on each layer.) Repeat until all ingredients are used up. Put extra Mozzarella over top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Place foil over dish for first 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue cooking until bubbly.
