OLD FASHIONED POTATO SALAD 
2 lb. potatoes
4 eggs
4 strips bacon
1 med. onion
3 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
Salt
Black pepper

Boil potatoes with skins on. Hard boiled eggs. Fry bacon crisp and set aside. Saute thinly sliced onion in oil and bacon fat. Skin and slice potatoes and eggs together. Crumble bacon and add to mixture. Add onions, salt and pepper to taste.

Mix vinegar with oil and bacon fat. Pour over mixture and toss lightly. Serve hot or cold.
