OLD FASHIONED POTATO SALAD 
4 c. (1 lb.) cold, pared and diced cooked potatoes (4-5 med. potatoes)
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. potato salad dressing

In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well. Chill to blend flavors. Garnish with additional hard cooked eggs and tomato wedges if desired.
