APRICOT NECTAR SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
1 c. boiling water
2 c. apricot nectar
1 c. well drained mandarin oranges
2 bananas, sliced
2 c. thawed Cool Whip

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add apricot nectar. Let cool, but not set. Add mandarin oranges, sliced bananas and Cool Whip. Blend well. Chill until firm.
