SNUFFLE LOAF IN A SPAGHETTI NEST
1 lb. ground chuck
1 egg
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. onion flakes
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 sm. piece hard boiled egg white
1 black olive

Put all ingredients except hard boiled egg white and olive into a big bowl. Mix. Shape mixture with hands to look like Snuffleupagus. (Keep Snuffle's tail and trunk curled close to his body so they don't over cook). Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 50 minutes. When loaf is cooked, with your scissors cut little pieces of egg white and olive to make eyes. Fasten olive and egg white pieces together with half a length of toothpick stuck in from behind. To make spaghetti nest, cook an 8 oz. box of spaghetti.

Drain and stir in 3 tablespoons of butter. On a serving platter, arrange spaghetti in a ring, leaving a space in the center large enough to hold your Snuffle loaf. Put the Snuffle loaf carefully in the nest and have Snuffleupagus for dinner!
