SOUR CREAM APPLE SQUARES 
2 c. flour
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 c. Sealtest Sour cream
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. chopped apples

Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in walnuts. Reserve 2 cups of crumb mixture, press remaining mixture into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine sour cream, egg and vanilla; spread over the crust. Top with apples. Sprinkle with the reserve crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool, chill, makes 12 servings.
