STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM 
6 oz. box strawberry Jello
4 eggs, well beaten
12 oz. frozen strawberries
2/3 qt. thick cream
1 1/3 c. boiling water
2 2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Milk to finish filling freezer

Dissolve the Jello in the boiling water. Cool. Add the well beaten eggs, sugar, frozen strawberries, vanilla, and cream. Mix with mixer until well blended. Pour into freezer and add enough milk to fill freezer 2/3 full. Freeze in ice cream maker. This keeps well - stays softer then most homemade ice creams.
