3 boxes of the same flavor Jello
3 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. heavy cream

Combine Jello and gelatin in medium sized bowl. Add boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. Add heavy cream and stir.

Pour into a 9 x 9 inch square pan and chill until firm. Cut into squares.
