PIONEER CHICKEN 
6-8 oz. Uncle Bens Rice with herbs
1 tbsp. onion, diced
1 tbsp. celery, diced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
8-12 oz. mushrooms, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained
4 boneless breasts of chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. water

Poach chicken 10 minutes in microwave. Cool. Cut into bite size pieces. Mix chicken and first 6 ingredients together and place in baking dish. Mix soup and water together. Pour over chicken mixture. Cover. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or microwave approximately 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
