1 cup (2 sticks) butter
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 cups chocolate chips
1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
2 cups walnuts, chopped

Blend butter, sugar and milk. Boil for 6 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients; stir until well blended.

Pour into well buttered pan. Cool. Cut into squares.

Makes 2 pounds fudge.
