1 tbsp. butter
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. mustard
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. cider vinegar

Saute onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Simmer for 1/2 hour.

Note: I usually double recipe. Keeps a long time in refrigerator.
