4 to 6 apples

Step 1:

1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Step 2:

3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 egg or Egg Beaters
3/4 c. butter

Spray or butter 9-inch pie plate. Fill pie pan 3/4 with sliced apples. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon (Step 1).

In large bowl, mix all other ingredients (Step 2). Pour over apples and bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes or until crust is brown.
